A suit that once looked as if it belonged to the future has been replaced by a new design that feels like the future, Gucci CEO Stefano Fassone told the Wall Street Journal.
The new suit has a white knit-like texture and is made with a blend of synthetic fibers and anodized aluminum to provide extra strength.
Fasson explained that the new suit’s shape was inspired by the iconic color “Powder blue” and is intended to be more “authentic.”
Fassoff said the suit, which was inspired from the designer’s signature jacket, was designed to be “comfortable and stylish” but is “comparable to what people wear in the world.”
The new Gucci “Powdered” Suit is expected to hit stores in February.
