Slides should be white, blue and grey.
The slides should be clear and unobtrusive, and they should not be distracting.
Slide masters should be able to change slides without having to open up Powerpoint.
There is an easy way to do this using Powerpoint’s “Change Colors” feature.
Powerpoint has a built-in Color Picker, so you can use this to change color on your slides.
Just choose “Change Color” from the drop-down menu, select the slide you want to change and press “Add.”
Here’s how to change colors on slides.
Open Powerpoint and choose “Show Preview.”
Powerpoint automatically opens the Preview tab.
From the “Preview” tab, choose “Color Change” and select the color you want.
PowerPoint’s Color Pickers will automatically pick the color for the selected slide.
Choose “Change Slide” from “Edit” menu, and choose the slide’s color.
Powerpoints Color Pick and Color Change tools work in PowerPoint Pro and PowerPoint Viewer versions 5.6 and later.
To use these tools, open Powerpoint Viewer and choose Tools > Powerpoint Preview.
